Quality Control & Inspection                              

At Shubham International, we maintain quality and consistency throughout the entire process. We have set high quality standards and we are constantly putting our efforts to meet them. It is our continuous effort to win the trust and confidence of our customers by providing them with premium quality products at competitive market prices.

We have a team of highly qualified and experienced supervisory persons who check and assure quality in each stage of production, as also check the final product before it is dispatched from the factory premises. For this purpose, we have an in-house three stage quality control process which does not leave any room for mistakes or carelessness.

The first stage starts at quarry level where every individual block is carefully inspected. A 3D picture is drawn displaying all the characteristics such as shade classification, cracks, spots and suitable cutting direction.

The second stage inspection is conducted upon sawing where the material is closely inspected & various findings like cracks, patches, irregular shades or patterns etc. are properly recorded with drawings. Slabs/Tiles are measured for thickness accuracy and flatness. Repairing requirements wherever necessary are assessed and noted.

At the final stage the polished finished product is inspected using various gadgets. A proper recording is done at this level also. The polished slabs are also given a protective epoxy coating, if needed. The edges of the polished slabs are usually random but can be cut if required by the client. Before shipping, a photograph is taken of the material and the packing of every container and a proper record is maintained.

Moreover we provide inspection to the client in his office itself by sending the digital scanning of the merchandise by E-Mail along with the measurement list.
